Elizabeth Zack, MSEd, E-RYT 200, RCYT, has been practicing yoga and mindfulness since 2004. She is a certified yoga teacher, certified children’s yoga teacher, certified sound healer, and certified mindfulness instructor for adults and children.  

She leads workshops in mindfulness for children and adults at universities including Temple and The University of Pennsylvania’s Carey Law School, elementary and middle schools and at businesses like PwC, Three Queens Yoga, PIC Law and Wild Birds Unlimited. She teaches yoga to children and adults in schools, yoga studios, and privately.  She collaborates with Yoga Child as a teacher trainer. Elizabeth facilitates sound bath meditations featuring crystal singing bowls where participants are guided into a state of deep relaxation. Elizabeth is a member of the Institute for Organizational Science and Mindfulness. Elizabeth has been an elementary school teacher for over 30 years at public and private schools, and now teaches yoga and mindfulness at The Philadelphia School and The Jubilee School.

She founded and is Executive Director of 100 Women Philadelphia, an organization that uses a collective giving model to benefit local Philadelphia nonprofits. It has supported hundreds of people in Philadelphia by giving away more than $425,000. Elizabeth volunteers at the Trinity Shelter for Men and The Jubilee School. She earned a BA from The George Washington University, and an MSEd from the University of Pennsylvania and has taught students from preschool through college since 1992, including education courses at the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education.
